Flexible engagement models designed to fit how your organisation works.

Engagement models

Choose the model that fits your internal capability, delivery boundaries, and appetite for retained accountability.

  • Embedded / Augmented Team

Senior engineers work alongside your existing teams, adding targeted platform, cloud, AI, security, or architecture capability where it is needed most.

    • Retain your delivery leadership and operating cadence
    • Scale specialist capacity without creating a parallel delivery function
  • Self-Managed Delivery

We take end-to-end delivery accountability for an agreed workstream, with clear technical ownership, reporting, and handover into your operating model.

    • Defined outcomes, governance, and technical decision-making
    • A delivery team accountable for implementation quality and operational readiness

Billing models

Commercial structure follows the delivery context, not a fixed sales template.

  • Time & Materials

For actual engineering and consultancy effort where discovery, advisory work, or evolving scope requires flexibility.

Transparent reporting and burn-down give delivery and procurement teams a current view of effort, progress, and remaining work.

  • Milestone / Objective-Based Billing

For defined deliverables, milestones, or outcomes where scope and acceptance criteria can be made explicit.

Phased delivery provides predictable budgeting while retaining a practical route for controlled change.

  • Managed Service Support Contracts

A flat monthly support model for platform, cloud, or AI services with an established operating baseline.

Incident call-outs, escalations, and additional engineering can be agreed separately when demand exceeds the contracted service.

Inside IR35 (When Required)

Where client policy or procurement requires an inside-IR35 engagement, we provide a value-add delivery role rather than acting as a placement provider.

That role can include technical oversight, architectural guidance, engineering support, and quality assurance, with accountability to DAIS and client engineering standards.
